NeedCode ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our AI-powered LeetCode analytics and coaching platform ("the Service"). 2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide you with the Service:

  • Username: Your display name, obtained through Google OAuth when you sign in.
  • Email Address: Your email address, obtained through Google OAuth when you sign in.

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any other sensitive personal data. Your LeetCode profile data is fetched in real-time from publicly available APIs and is not permanently stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your personal information is used solely for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your user account
  • To authenticate your identity when you sign in
  • To provide personalized analytics and AI coaching based on your LeetCode profile
  • To communicate important updates about the Service

  • LeetCode API: We fetch publicly available profile data from LeetCode to provide analytics. We do not access any private LeetCode data.
  • Google Gemini AI: Used to generate personalized coaching advice. Your LeetCode statistics (not personal information) may be processed by the AI to generate recommendations.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the Service is used. These tools may collect anonymized usage data. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes.
